Returns & Refunds Policy

At CLOBBER™ Fight Club, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Returns

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

To request a return, email info@clobberfightclub.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to send your item back. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Item Condition

Please return items unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached where possible.

Customers may inspect items as they would in a shop. Returns showing handling beyond what’s necessary for inspection may be subject to a deduction for loss of value, in accordance with consumer law.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return postage.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us. We’ll arrange an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you’ve sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until then.

Where required by law, refunds also include the original standard delivery charge.

Personalised Items

Items genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
